4- What can you expect throughout the process? Communication & Professionalism. All inquiries go directly to me or my team. No receptionists or office phone numbers. Your interests will be represented with diligence and all negotiations will be carried out professionally.
5- Can I help price your home? I’ll show you what buyers are paying for similar homes and how an appraiser will likely come to a number. I’ll give you my suggestion of an initial asking price balanced between not pricing yourself out of the market and also not leaving money on the table.
6- Can I help with preparing your home for the market? That’s one of my specialties. Check out my Home Seller Checklist for a head start. Even though that list is a good starting point, I’ll of course give you individual suggestions when I stop by and offer staging services if necessary.
7- How long will your home take to sell? My listings generally sell faster than most agents’ and it’s not uncommon to have multiple offers. However, price range, condition of the home, etc. will still factor in. The hardest part of selling real estate is getting people to the front door and that’s my specialty.
